The MIBOSO philosophy wasn't born in a moment of inspiration - it emerged gradually through my own healing journey. In a world overwhelmed with conflicting well-being advice and endless health trends, I too felt lost and confused about which path to follow. Like many, I was drowning in information while thirsting for wisdom that would truly transform my life.

For years, I experienced waves of imbalance - severe eczema that made even touching my children painful, periods of mental overwhelm, and a deep sense that something essential was missing despite external success.

I tried countless approaches focused solely on my body, then solely on my mind, then solely on my spiritual growth. But it was only when I began exploring the profound interconnection between ALL aspects of my being - including my environment, how I structured my time, and the quality of my relationships - that true healing began.

I discovered that my physical symptoms were often expressing what my mind couldn't articulate, what my soul was yearning for, and what my environment wasn't supporting. The outer circumstances of my life were directly impacting my inner state, and vice versa.

Through years of personal exploration, study, and integrating wisdom from various traditions, I developed the ENTIRE MIBOSO approach - a comprehensive framework that honors all dimensions of our being and our lives. What began as my personal healing path has now become a philosophy I'm passionate about sharing with others seeking deeper wellbeing and authentic happiness.
