Endless Egg Variations

Hello beautiful soul,

Well, we all know that we should eat enough protein. But sometimes it’s so hard to figure out how to get it into our diet. During the Wildfit program, we don’t have so many options, so we often reach for eggs. And so that you don’t have to eat the same eggs every day, I have some tips for you on how to serve them.

I plan to expand this article as soon as I prepare another variation and remember to document it… So don’t forget to come back here for more inspiration.

Traditional scrambled eggs with mushrooms, bacon and spring salad

Egg spread with olive oil, water and sugar-free mustard

Eggs in a glass with organic bacon & salad

Scrambled eggs with bacon and vegetables (the avocado is not perfect… life is not perfect, enjoy and relax)

Soft-boiled eggs

A modified variation of scrambled eggs with fried tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon and fresh salad

Ham & eggs with with salad

Fried eggs with bacon, mushrooms, avocado and salad

Egg omelet with mushrooms & spinach, bok choy and radishes as a side dish

Sautéed mushrooms (e.g. champignons, oyster mushrooms) with eggs
